Sunday Highlights – Dickson ROCKS!

Spent the morning at Cross Point Dickson today and I’m continually amazed at how God is moving in this community!

I couldn’t help but be a bit nostalgic.

Technically the 1 year anniversary of the launch of this campus was a few weeks ago, but whether they knew it or not, I was celebrating it today.

A year ago, a core group of about 50 people or so stepped up to take on the responsibility to launch this campus with Campus Pastor Chad Roberts.

Since then…

• Many have given their lives to Christ
• 30+ have been baptized
• Unchurched and dechurched have given church a shot again
• Hundreds of volunteers serve each Sunday
• Volunteers have built Habit for Humanity homes, sponsored families in need throughout the community, partnered with local charitable organizations and helped develop an ongoing missions partnership in Honduras
• Over 500 adults and children worship each Sunday!

Cross Point Dickson is such an amazing story of God’s faithfulness to our obedience.  Thank you to each and every one of you who have sacrificed to make this place a reality.

I’m so incredibly proud…  and privileged to be a part!
