Morning Reflection
Thought I would share a few great quotes about solitude that I read this morning from “Dare to Journey with Henri Nouwen” by Charles Ringma. This has been a great little devotional for my morning reading.
“Solitude is not withdrawal in order to get way. It is withdrawal in order to be with Someone who normally gets crowded out of our lives.”

THAT one hit me like a ton of bricks this morning…I’m heading for some much needed solitude RIGHT NOW sister!! Thanks for sharing….

That one challenges me the most. Someone close to me noticed that I have this great need for “alone time” and that I cherish it. I enjoy meeting with Jesus during that time, but am I going to really listen to Him or just myself saying what I want to hear. Thanks for these quotes.
