Be the Driver!

The vision, the passion, the intensity are greatest at the top.

That’s just the way it works.  If you are the leader of the organization, you also are the driver of the passion.  No one is going to care more than you.

Sounds reasonable, right?  And yet somehow it’s so easy to forget.

We get discouraged when others don’t care as much as we do.  We’re frustrated when our staff don’t seem as worried about issues or concerns.

That’s just the way it is.

And it’s your job to drive the passion throughout the organization.
