Say Nothing

When you have nothing to say, say nothing.

Sometimes I process in words.  Sometimes I process in quiet.

Today is a quiet day.  The last few days have been very busy with lots of talking and verbal processing, so tonight as I sit here planning what to share, I realize that I really don’t have anything to say.

And sometimes the best thing to say is nothing.

Since I don’t have anything to say, it’s your turn.

What’s on your heart or mind this week?

I think that’s really important Jenni. I used to work with a leader who felt obliged to say something even if there was nothing to be said, ‘because that’s what leaders do’. No, it’s just what annoying people do. Oh for more leaders who will take the time to reflect as well as act, to process as well as pioneer 🙂
