Learning With Your Team

I’ve been in Dallas yesterday and today with my team at Leadership Network.  Chris, Kevin, Stephen & I are part of a Leadership Development Community where we are focusing on our leadership development plan for Cross Point.  While I love the content and purpose of this trip, I love even more the intentional time with my team.  The conversations that we’re having go broader and deeper than those we’re able to have in the every day pace of the office.  The time away is a break in routine that forces us to think differently and dream bigger together.

We’ve had plenty of laughs together too!
